摘要
In contemporary society, the demand for services represents the greatest growth rate and it is crucial to the success of knowledge based organizations but also for those involved in distribution and trading of products. The research aims to improve the human resources management for services starting from the fact that in case of services most of the human resource is found in direct contact with customers and has complex tasks and requirements. The research was based on the following methods: a diagnostic analysis of the front staff activities, for services delivering organizations accompanied by the observation method and structured interviews. With these methods there were determined the requirements for this group of staff as well as a typology regarding the service personnel and buyers. The research presents the results regarding the knowledge domain, with application in human resources assessment in services, and also specific ways to develop the human resources skills and concrete results in case of the Global Textile Center organization.
