摘要：

Intellectual property protection awareness of enterprises in strategic emerging industries gradually raise in crucial period of China's twelfth "Five-Year Plan". From the angle of enterprises of electronics core foundation industry in strategic emerging industries, synergism collaboration mechanism included patent search and analysis synergism, collaborative protection of intellectual property rights being infringed upon and synergism collaboration for the enterprises itself or the client being sued for intellectual property infringement. This paper then deeply discussed achievement conditions of synergism collaboration protection mechanism and hoped to provide a theoretical reference for China's construction of synergism collaboration protection mechanism of intellectual property rights.
