A Comprehensive Survey on Content Based Image Processing Techniques

In modern computing world there is rapid growth in linage transaction. Most of the digital equipments generate images for different operations. It creates huge repository of images. Accurate Retrieval of desired images from these repositories becomes a challenging task for every researcher. There are tremendous methods of retrieval of images. CBIR is one of the well-liked techniques to pull out low level features of images. Some of the features are Color, shape, texture and Spatial Location. In the paper, we survey perception of CBIR, variety of techniques for retrieval, features of images, standard image datasets.
