The fluorescence of conjugated polymers exhibit non-exponential relaxation behaviors that call extend over several order of magnitudes. We present a method to investigate the decay dynamics at different time-scale, Time-correlated single photon counting using high-repetition excitation provides a sensitive detection of the long lifetime components.
