摘要
Nearly, the OPEC has some uncertain questions to change the price of the international petrodollar. It has a great effect on our lives. For this problem, we suggest a project to solve the inadequate energy resources problem. We used the water-in-oil type for the success of production of stable emulsion fuel. This process could add some wasted oils to high the heat rate. This project will not only decrease the wasted oils but also to reuse them. The Research while used retrieve oil (including heavy oil) and heavy fuel or other fuel put into a surfactant mix at first, mixing the course can be heated. On the other hand, putting into the above-mentioned oil mixing water and another type surfactant, interdependent certain proportion two is mixed. For the mixing environment temperature and mixing time in the course must be considered. After mixing and finishing, store and protect in the thermal insulation material barrel, make emulsification fuel by this way. The goal of this research can improve more than 30% of mixing water amount and oil-economizing rate is in 20% to 25%. The emulsification fuel can keep stable equilibrium during more than three years at the -10 degrees C similar to 115 degrees C temperature.
