摘要：

According to Timmons entrepreneurial process model, successful entrepreneurial process needs the harmony of the three factors, including entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial teams and entrepreneurial resources. After obtaining necessary resources and formating entrepreneurial teams, entrepreneurial processes just begin. As a starting point for new enterprise, entrepreneurial opportunities are the focus of research in the entrepreneurial processes. Therefore, this paper will define entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial opportunities and their characteristic dimensions within clusters, specifically analysising the influence of entrepreneurial network to the identification and utilization of entrepreneurial opportunities for SMEs, and then establish the influence model of entrepreneurial network within clusters to SMEs' opportunity recognitions.
