摘要
This paper presents a high-accuracy single-eye vision measurement system using digital cameral, which can substitute for universal tool maker's microscope. Based on the fact that the measurement of structural parameters ends in the operation of the coordinates of feature points, three main measures were put forward to improve the measurement accuracy, i.e., the method of correcting the image distortion by cameral calibrating; the method of fine adjusting by image the position of the camera to make the camera perpendicular to the surface of a measured object; the method of sub-pixel edge-detection technique that combines the B-spline and the least squares fitting. The experimental tests confirm that the measurement system is of high accuracy, effectiveness and real time response.
