摘要
Long-term research has shown that the way to increase corporate competitiveness in a globally perceived environment is corrupted namely by factors, which inhibit development and technological progress, implementation of lean production, and last but not least satisfaction of customer's individual needs. The main problem emerges upon existence of latent and actual discrepancies between the interests of individual direct and indirect participants to the value creation process. Resolution of this problem is implemented by the authors in application of the process management, target-oriented at the customer. "Production operative management" represents in the internal value creation a chain integration of the process of planning, records-keeping, management methods and implementation of changes in the continuous process of sales management-production-procurement. Integration of the external value-creation process represents the supply chain management. Uniform database is a matter of a process of full standardisation, which currently enables flexibility upon answering customer requests.
