摘要：
Based on the characteristic analysis of the international cooperation environment concerning higher education, agricultural education in particular, this paper freshly illustrates the strategic aim and significance of the Urban Higher Agriculture Education initiated by Beijing University of Agriculture (BUA) and expects to promote the pace of internationalization in the education reform of BUA.
