摘要
The p-type copper(II) 2,9,16,23-teter-tert-butyl-29H,31H-phthalocyanine (CuTTBPc) thin films were prepared by vacuum thermal evaporating. The effect of annealing temperature on the structural and optical characteristics of CuTTBPc thin films was investigated in the temperature range of 100-350 degrees C. The surface topography of CuTTBPc thin film is recognized by nano-spherical granules, which are agglomerated by the annealing process to significant grains. The spectrometric measurement in the visible and ultraviolet spectrum was applied to study the optical properties of CuTTBPc thin films. The analysis of the absorption spectrum emphasizes that the CuTTBPc thin films have the indirect allowed transition. According to the single oscillator model, the dispersion parameters were determined. Furthermore, the calculated nonlinear optical parameters were observed to be increased as the annealing temperature increases due to the augmentation of the local field average inside CuTTBPc thin-film structures.
