Analysis on the Effectiveness of the United States in Chinese High-tech Products Export Control Policy

With the rapid development of the world economy driven by high-tech industrial revolution, the impetus of high technologies to economy has started to make qualitative leaps. Currently, technologies in major industries in China still have a great gap with the world advanced level. America is in the lead of the world in terms of technologies in many industries, but always takes restrictive measures for the export of high-tech products to China. Under the current economic situation, China is the largest creditor country of America. Faced with the aggravation of trade imbalance, we should put the regulatory policies of America on the export trade of high and new technologies with China on the agenda. This paper reveals the status, effect, limitation and future trend of regulation of America on export of technologies to China in the current international background through the analysis on America's policies on high and new technology export control and puts forward that we should break through America's export control of high and new technologies in three aspects.
