摘要
A tactical supply chain planning model including sale, production, and distribution planning with possible backhaul, has been formulated as a fuzzy linear programming model to maximize profits under pessimistic, most likely, and optimistic situations. Real case study in Thai cement supply chain is conducted. Results show that the model can determine a good compromised solution that reduces a risk of getting very low profit under pessimistic situation.
