摘要
Since the first report on grapevine microsatellite markers (SSRs) in 1993, SSRs have been applied to grapevine genotyping. In Hungary, the identification and pedigree analysis of grapevine cultivars based on molecular markers was started in 2002 in collaboration between the Research Institute for Viticulture and Enology, Pecs and the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding in Godollo. In this study, our aim was to analyse the pedigree of several Hungarian grapevine varieties like 'Csabagyongye', 'Matrai muskotaly', 'Irsai Oliver', and 'Kiralyleanyka' based on their allele sizes at 19 microsatellite loci. For this purpose, SSR fingerprints of 109 varieties were determined as well.
