摘要
The current contact resistance models only consider the static state and more or less have some idealized assumptions. Owing to the surface irregularity, the dynamic performance of electrical contact is difficult to capture. In this paper, based on the rough surface simulation, the finite element (FE) analysis method of electrical contact is proposed. The contact resistance and the rough surface characterization are discussed. A real profile from a connector pin is scanned, whose roughness is taken as input parameter. Then the rough surface simulation method is presented. According to the simulated rough surface, the construction method of FE simulation model is proposed. At last a transient analysis is performed on the FE model of connector contact pair.
