摘要：

The detection of requirements mentoring, of human resources in the small and medium enterprises (SMFs) from the West part of Romania before and after the Romania preaccession to the European Union, had as specific objective detecting the mentor's profile. Often the mentor is a greater person with more experience, who has the role of model, compatriot, defiant, guide or animator.
