摘要：
One polarization measurement technology is proposed to apply in the basic Terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) using only one rotatable polarizer. The method to upgrade such a polarimetric Terahertz time-domain Spectroscopy (P-THz-TDS) was presented. The method is verified by measured important polarization parameters including Stokes parameters, polarization dependent loss, and birefringence of materials.
