摘要：

In October 2015, China began to implement two-child policy. This policy has brought more employment opportunities. It has a positive effect to promote the development of cultural industries and women's employment. This paper analyzes the cultural industry and the characteristics of practitioners, also expounds the women's employment in the cultural industry and gender advantages. At last, it combined the employment of women to provide a feasible proposal with the future development of cultural industries.
