摘要：

Non-functional requirements play a crucial role in the process of software development because they correspond to the characteristics and restrictions on which the software must running. The earlier this information is available, the faster the decision process of the solution that will best meet the customer need. However, the elicitation of these requirements is not an easy task. This paper presents a process that aims at the construction of a guide that assists analysts in identifying the requirements for the customer software context. The first run of the process showed that the results are motivators.
