We have tried to approach in this paper the problem of creating income just front the perspective of getting new founds. The specialists say that, "a performing university implements a politic focused on saving the founds, starting from the idea that in any organization, it doesn't matter the size, develop in time certain activities which can not be justified but are very expensive." It is compulsory that all the procedures from the university to he periodically revised and the one that do not correspond for a successful strategy of organization of the activities which generate income"
