摘要：

By the development of ultra deep wells, containing-gas wells and thermal production wells, the conditions of oil exploitation are being worse, the API standard casing connection can't satisfy the need of oil exploitation, the research insititution and manufacture develop the research on the premium casing connections. The study includes two main problems: one is about tensile strength of connections; the other is about sealing property of connections. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
