摘要：
A 63-year-old man with a history of primary membranous nephropathy presented with fever, confusion, headache, garbled speech, vision changes, lymphocytic pleocytosis, and an elevated CSF protein level. MRI of the head revealed sulcal hyperintensity on FLAIR images, with associated subtle enhancement on T1-weighted images. A diagnosis was made.
