摘要：

In recent years corporate social responsibility activity has been introduced from western countries to China and brings widespread attention. China's construction enterprise still has many problems in bearing CSR, this paper discusses the connotation of construction enterprises' CSR and its importance. By surveying on the CSR state of construction enterprises, this paper tries to understand their behavioral motives and modes, analyze the problems and obstacles in their practices from the angle of employees' rights, rural workers' training, projects quality, environment protection and resources economy, and then put forward related suggestions.
