摘要
In order to improve hospital's efficiency and customer's satisfaction, more and more methods of Industrial Engineering is used in hospital's operation and management. Optimization of hospital's treatment process is one of them. The method of optimization for hospital process, which is based on traditional IE method and system simulation, is presented in this paper. This method effectively combines qualitative methods, i.e. process analysis, 5W1H and ECRS, with quantitative methods, i.e. simulation. A case from X Hospital is studied with application of the proposed method.
