摘要：

Under the background of a larger marketing system in the State Grid Corporation of China, it is very important to change the system of electric bills collection and erect more convenient means for the users to pay the electric bills. This paper researches the way to pay the electric bills from the users' side and establishes the evaluation model by the analytic network process (ANP). Finally, the best ways to pay electric bill can be sorted out. The 7 ways of electric bills payment in a city of China is used as a case to demonstrate the applicable of the model. Consequently the way of electric bills automatically deducted by banks is welcomed.
