A 73-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of dizziness and orthostatic hypotension. The CT scan reported an infrarenal retroperitoneal solid mass between the inferior vena cava and aorta. The main differential diagnosis is an extra-adrenal paraganglioma. In this study, we dis-cussed the investigation, and the preoperative, operative, and postoperative management of this inter aorto-caval paraganglioma.
