The Statistic Characters of Positive External Effect from Intensive-Developed Renewable Energy in Extreme Arid Areas of Xinjiang

This paper takes the Qira County as the target and introduced renewable energy to this county. Statistics characters and positive external effect is used for improving environment effect in extreme arid areas. Urbanization program matches for estimating the local power demand. This research studied the situation of plants in Tarim Desert in order to protect the ecological environment from destroying. To expand the capacity of existing power network and build a steady network of Qira County, established hybrid system contains renewable energy, such as wind and solar and hydro power, and operates with the intelligent controlling system. Micro-grid and interconnection structure forms the small system of village and township. Operational schedule that produces optimal and steady condition makes it possible to introduce proper capacity of renewable energy into local power system.
