摘要：

Ni - W alloys are considered to be the most favourite metallic materials for textured substrates. Ni - 3W, Ni - 5W and Ni - 7W ( at.-%) alloys were fabricated by the powder metallurgy process. Deformation and recrystallisation textures of Ni - W alloys were studied systematically. It was found that heavy cold rolling and recrystallisation at high temperature were beneficial to the forming of cube texture in Ni - 3W and Ni - 5W substrates.
