Influence of agricultural spray nozzles type and working pressure on pulverization degree at spraying machines

摘要
The sprayers for agrochemical applications, which are working in romanian agriculture, should be today perfect for an efficient treatment, with minimum consume of chemical substances, with low environmental pollution and high safety for users. This paper analyse the droplet stain diameter for three types of nozzles, depending on liquid pressure and working speed. In order to evaluate the droplet diameter and droplet number we used a water-sensitive paper. From our experiments we can conclude that: the most important parameters, which have influence on the treatment quality is spray nozzle type and parameters like liquid pressure and working speed; for AD type nozzles the liquid pressure should be 2-5 bar; for IDK type nozzles the liquid pressure can be higher than for AD nozzle types, but no more than 6 bar, for higher pressures being necessary to do more experiments; for this experiments the AD type nozzles seems to be the best choice and ST type nozzles the worse choice.
