摘要
For the elderly is a common phenomenon physical deprivation and associated functional and structural changes in the musculoskeletal system. The most important manifestation of aging on the musculoskeletal system is the degradation of muscle mass. The aim of the study is to verify the specific exercise intervention targeted at seniors. The research sample was divided into 2 groups: control and intervened, follow up period was set at 3 months. Exercise in group was the managed directly intervened part of physical activity. To assess changes in body composition we used a multi-method bioassay. The parameter used to determine the quality muscle mass ratio ECM / BCM was under optimum at all measured probands. The group monitored during 3 months PI Controlled posttest showed values significantly changed in terms of the quality parameters of BC. Such a long PI significantly influenced primarily by the amount of TBW, ICW, LBM, BFECM, BCM and body weight. The ratio of ECM / BCM was reduced from the original value of 0.97 to 0.95. Considering these findings, we can say that the used PI can fulfill the role of supra-threshold motor activities that will influence or slow regressive body changes in persons of the same age.
