摘要：

Pain is the first consultation motive everywhere in the world. Modern medicine consider the Fight against pain as a true challenge, and antalgia has today become a real ethical imperative. The concept of chronic pain as a true disease, first described by Leriche, has given rise to Pain Centers. Pain Centers allow a multidisciplinary approach, meticulous evaluation with scales of pain and finally global management of the patient with chronic pain.
