摘要
This paper investigates the robust non-fragile L-1 filtering problem for network control systems (NCSs) with stochastic missing measurements and random delays. The filter parameters perturbation is indicated the filter implementation uncertainties. Attention is focused on design of the robust non-fragile L-1 filter that ensures the filtering error system to be mean-square asymptotically stable and satisfies the worst case peak-to-peak gain of the filtering error system for the negative influence of both missing measurements and time delays in a random way. In the system, all of the stochastic variables are mutually independent satisfying the Bernoulli distribution. Using linear matrix inequality (EMI) technology, the parameterization issue of the filter is transformed into a convex optimization problem, A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed design approach.
