摘要
Changes in the effect of methotrexate (400 mu g/kg nutrient medium) combined with high temperature (28 degrees C) of ontogenesis were studied on two hybrid lines ofDrosophila melanogasterheterozygous by thevestigialgene that underwent long-term target selection for cutting injury of the wing. Changes in the wing shape, mortality rate, and morphology of polytene chromosomes were studied.
