摘要
This paper describes the main participants of the e-banking, especially focused on the basic of the payment cards and the most recognizable acquiring touch points, e-banking principles, connection between cardholder and the payment card and the data storage mediums. The paper presents models of payments made with the plastic cards, transaction flows and proposes the transaction processing model. Also, the paper present research on the e-banking distribution channels in Serbia and the dependence of the selected channels against the socio-economic factors: employment rate and average monthly income per capita.
