摘要
Power equalizer is often used to adjust the output power of traveling nave tubes (TWT) or high power solid state amplifiers. Traditionally, a power equalizer is composed of coaxial line with electromagnetic wave absorber or microstrip lute with resistance in resonance circuit. However. those structures only adapt to microwave frequency band. In this article. cc millimeter wave power equalizer is fulfilled be waveguide resonant cavity with electromagnetic wave absorber The measured results and the simulated results show a very good agreement.
