A deployment paradigm for reuse-based software development process

摘要
Although software reuse is one of the most promising technologies to solve the problem of software crisis, it will not happen in an organization automatically. To deploy reuse-based software development process into an organization is a difficult and challenging task. This paper discusses the RILC paradigm for deploying software reuse technologies in an organization in detail and compares it with some other deployment paradigms. The RILC paradigm divides the paradigm into assessing, training, selecting and implementing activities as well as a review procedure. In the end, we outline some problems that need further research.
