摘要
Numerical calculations are performed for the case of scattering of a short light pulse from a multiple scattering surface using the Kirchhoff approximation. It is shown that the double scattered pulse is shorter and arrives later than the single scattered pulse and that there is an increase in the width of the total scattered pulse over the width of the single scattered pulse due to the later arrival of the double scattered pulse.
