摘要：

Property right is a basic right of the citizen. The constitution is the basic law of our country. It stipulated private property right in the constitutional amendment in 2004. This is the further improvement of our constitution to the protection of human rights and it has important significance of constitutional development in our country. The article analyzes the necessity of stipulating private property right in constitution and points out the deficiencies of the regulations of the private property right. The article puts forward suggestions on improving constitutional protection of the private property right.
