摘要
This study proposes a three-dimensional quality function deployment for environment (3D-QFDE) method to evaluate eco-design projects that affect more than one product. Multiple QFDE tables are built for the related products to evaluate overall improvement Of quality satisfaction and environmental performance. Project total cost is estimated with a utility-theory based method suggested by previous literature for simplicity. Eventually, three indices coveting quality, environment and cost can be calculated to evaluate eco-design projects using multiple attribute decision making method. An illustrative example of notebooks and desktop computers is presented to illustrate the proposed method.
