摘要
This article describes the current analytical approaches for the detection and determination of aflatoxins in food. Emphasis is on the development of simplified and cost-effective but efficient analytical methods for fast screening or for precise determination in order to comply with legislative requirements. An overview is also given of methods for the detection of aflatoxin-producing moulds. (C)2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
