摘要
In this study, potato amylose contents were predication based on VIS/NIR reflectance spectroscopy technique. The VIS/NIR reflectance spectrum of whole potato tubers were collected in 345-1045 nm, Dual-wavelength colorimetry method was used to measured potato amylose contents. The spectrum was pretreatment by using Savitzky-Golay smoothing (S-G), multiplicative scattering correction (MSC) and first derivative (1st-Der) methods respectively. And then, step-wise discrimination method was used to selected optimal wavelengths combinations from S-G, MSC and 1st-Der spectrum. The combinations of optimal wavelengths were used to establish multi-linear regression (MLR) models to predict the potato tuber amylose contents. The full cross validation were used to examine the effect of model. The results show thatthe MLR model based on 11 optimal wavelengths (375, 620, 682, 730, 739, 825, 910, 924, 971, 985 and 1025nm) which from 1st-Der reflectance results the best, The model gives good prediction values of amylose contents with the correlation coefficient of cross validation (Rcv) of 0.90 and the standard error of cross validation (SECV) of 0.89. This research demonstrates that the VIS/NIR reflectance spectral technique is useful for nondestructive determination of potatoes amylose contents. This study can provide an efficient means for the rapid and nondestructive determination of potato starch quality.
