摘要
Since 1990's, the nature of Strategy Management has gradually presented the characteristics of Knowledge Management. Many multinational corporations have accepted and applied Knowledge Management Strategy. Entrepreneurs must adopt Knowledge Management carefully, because every decision can cause the great risk. To avoid this risk, first, we classify KM strategies from the organizational nature and capability They are Knowledge Strategy as Business Strategy, Intellectual Asset Management Strategy, Personal Knowledge Asset Responsibility Strategy, Knowledge Creation Strategy, Knowledge Transfer Strategy, and Customer-Focused Knowledge Strategy. Then, we discuss the principles of Establishment of Knowledge Management. In establishing Knowledge Management Strategy, we ensure it should be achievable, advanced and realistic. Finally, we expound the process of establishing Knowledge Management Strategy, which concludes: identifying the knowledge base; analyzing the knowledge environment; perceiving the knowledge state (knowledge gap or knowledge redundancy) and deciding a suitable Knowledge Management Strategy. After inspecting the core business activities from the operation interdependence and the work complexity, we can divide Knowledge Management Strategy into four modes, namely: Affair Mode, Integration Mode, Cooperation Mode and Expert Mode. With the help of Modes of Knowledge Management Strategy, the enterprise will be able to establish the right Knowledge Management Strategy aiming at itself character.
