摘要：

The nesessary documents according to ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 17025:2000 standards for certification and accreditation process in medical laboratories are described. The process of application of quality management systems are illustrated by the activities of the Institute for Medical Biochemistry of Clinical Center of Serbia, In the conclusion it is recommended that all medical laboratory have to start with introduction of a quality management systems activities.
