摘要
This paper analyzes the value chain redefinition in customer-oriented e-commerce for insurance and put extra focus on CRM application in e-commerce for insurance. It comes up with the system framework and electronic management thought of CRM in e-commerce for insurance. To end this paper, service upgrade of e-commerce for insurance based on CRM is also discussed.
