摘要：

A 32-year-old female hepatitis B carrier had possible liver cirrhosis and splenomegaly. The Tc-99m phytate liver and spleen scan showed apparent splenomegaly and incidental findings of Tc-99m phytate stasis in the calyxes of both kidneys.
