摘要：

Innovation ability is the core of Excellence Engineer training. In order to adapt to the distinguished engineer training program requirements, this paper expounds electronic technology basic theory teaching of the North China Electric Power University. Also, it combines students' specialty direction, cultivating students' engineering qualities. In the electronics technology practice teaching, we introduce the introduction of large integrated practice project. At the same time, we strengthen electronic technology practice teaching and combine with practice of innovation projects. Also, we focus on students' innovative ability and teaching reform and practice.
