摘要
The kinetics of aggrecation of aqueous protein dispersions under the action of flocculants, natural polysaccharides (cationic chitosan and anionic sodium alginate), were studied turbidimetrically in relation to the protein : polysaccharides ratio in the solution and the pH value. Sodium alginate and chitosan were tested in treatment of wastewater from the flotation processing of hydrobiontics.
