摘要
Under the strategic background of "Made in China 2025" and "Internet +", China DQ has formed a 3D printing industry chain integrating R&D, production and service through the development and application of 3D printing technology. DQ has built a business model suitable for enterprises to develop and to gain the profit in the period of "intelligent manufacturing". This paper uses China DQ as a case study. By analyzing DQ's practice in R&D, production, and service in the development of 3D printing technologies, this paper provides inspiration for Chinese enterprises to realize the "intelligent manufacturing" transformation and to build a 3D printing business model suitable for the development of other Chinese enterprises.
