摘要：

The rapid development of the era of knowledge economy puts forward higher requirements for personnel management in Colleges and universities. University personnel management is gradually to the direction of the development of information technology, however, there are still many problems in the process of personnel management in Colleges and universities. Based on the relevant literature, this research paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of university personnel management, and come up with the corresponding countermeasures.
