摘要：

A patient on long term parenteral nutrition developed acrodermatitis enteropathica-like skin changes. Just as in the autosomal recessive disorder,acrodermatitis enteropathica, the lesions in our patient were caused by zinc deficiency. Replacement therapy with zinc led to rapid improvement.
