摘要：

This paper summarizes the differences between disruptive technology innovation and incremental technology innovation in terms of technology, product and market characteristics. On features and the structure of network organization of disruptive technology innovation, it expatiates on the organizational capacities of the network organization from the perspectives of strategic capability, functional capability and project capability. After pointing out that learning is an effective way to promote the capacities, the paper explains the differences of the organizational learning between disruptive technology and incremental technology.
